A word about food. Breakfast is served in the dining room
each morning, and includes fresh fruits and juices, cereals, warm breads and bagels with
homemade jams, fresh-brewed coffee and a selection of teas. Order a picnic basket and head
for the beach.
The dinner menu, posted each afternoon, includes whatever is freshest
that day. Many
vegetables are grown by Island farms and the seafood is caught daily by the Island's
fishermen. Local herbs and spices bring out the succulent best in each dish. The cuisine
is designed to inspire both body and soul. To your health!

What the Critics Have to Say about Theo's:
"Invent your dream restaurant,
and it might look something like this: bustling yet intimate, subtly lit by candles
flickering in colored glass goblets, with 'ragged' walls in warm tones, and all sorts of
interesting music, from Baroque to blues, uninsistently piped in. Chef Robin Ledoux
Forte's health-friendly cuisine has its (literal) roots in the island ..."

"The cuisine is bold,
innovative & excellent."
Los Angeles Times
"Theo's in it's woodland
setting is charming and the dining experience exceptional ... For fresh wholesome fare in
a truly country setting (of which, sadly, there are few left) Theo's would be hard to
beat."
Providence Journal-Bulletin
"The Restaurant ... is elegant
and the food - fresh, innovative, and health concious - is superb."
Fodor's
"This newcomer has a glittering
atmosphere to it ... It's menu is modern, elegant, light and delicious."
Been There: Tasted That - A Journal of Life's Little
Pleasures
"It's quite simply the perfect
restaurant."
